Things I have to remind myself

Things I have to remind myself while jogging/walking/running:

- to breath
- you're going to look great in that bathing suit
- stretch a little before
- hydrate well before, during and after
- engage core muscles
- breath
- it's only thirty-ish minutes of a 24 hour day
- I can enjoy a glass of wine if I get to the gym or pound pavement that day
- people can hear me singing
- don't trip
- stretch afterwards
- oh and breath
