Bourbon Chicken like all the Chinese restaurants sell in the mall.....yes that's what this tasted like. I found the recipe through Pinterest of course (Bourbon Chicken Recipe). Served it over rice, side of steamed asparagus and some frozen pork potstickers that were surprisingly very good. It was as if we had ordered carry out. Jarad said I could make it again which in this house means it was pretty tasty.
*I doubled the sauce and I added the cornstarch that I mixed in a bit of cold water.
